The agency, founded by Robert Minguet in 1952 and taken over by Elisabeth and Philippe Grenèche in 1985, is now run by their children, Ysaline and Adéa.

Historically located at 1 Quai Baron de Blonay in Évian-les-Bains, our team welcomes and assists you with all your property management and real estate transaction needs.

The rental department (annual and seasonal) is located at 23 Quai Paul Léger, opposite the marina.
